Overview

A customer reports that the /u01 Partition is getting full frequently and this is leading to improper transfer and other issues on the particular partition

Solution

• Check the syslogs(/var/log/messages) if there are mount point issues reported.
• Check if errors such as these are reported when a ls or ll command is executed in the Shell:

• If mount point issues are observed, ask the customer to check with Red Hat support as OS and Hardware issues are outside the scope of support.
