No files received from IPLMS Server

Overview

A customer reports that their IPLMS Systems are not processing/receiving any files. 

Solution

It is possible the Upstream nodes are not sending traffic to the IPLMS/Mediation servers

Validate this by running the following command: tcpdump -i any src <Client-Ip>

Inform the customer that no traffic was found. If traffic is found continue investigating the service level logs.
